Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, protect, and share your information.
Divenx, a corporation (the “Corporation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the website located at www.divenx.com and our financial account dashboard and research tools (together, the “Platform”), how we use and protect that information, and the choices available to you. Because we operate in the personal and small business finance space, protecting the information you entrust to us is central to how we build our product.

Information We Do Not Collect Through the Platform
The Platform is a research and inquiry service. We do not ask you to enter, and you should not submit to us, your full Social Security number, bank account or routing numbers, payment card numbers, online banking credentials, credit report data, or copies of tax returns. We do not connect to your bank accounts and we do not retrieve your transaction history. If a third-party lender or provider requires that information, you will supply it directly to them through their own secure application, under their own privacy policy.
Information Collected Automatically
- Device and technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and referring pages.
- Usage and session data such as the pages and tools you view, the actions you take within the Platform, sign-in events, and the dates and times of your sessions. We use this information in part to detect unusual account activity and to generate the security notifications described in Section 4.
- Approximate location inferred from IP address at a city or regional level. We do not collect precise GPS location from your device.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, secure your session, and measure aggregate site performance. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies, though some Platform features may not function properly if you do.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create, authenticate, and maintain your account and deliver the tools available through it.
- To send you account notifications by SMS or email, including sign-in verification codes, security and suspicious-activity alerts, credential and profile change confirmations, inquiry status updates, document requests, and alerts you configured yourself.
- To respond to your inquiry, deliver the information or materials you requested, and follow up on questions you raise.
- To determine, at a general level, which categories of products or partners may be relevant to what you told us you are researching.
- To provide customer support by phone, email, or text.
- To monitor for fraud, spam submissions, unauthorized access, and other activity that threatens the security of the Platform or its users.
- To analyze aggregate, de-identified usage patterns so that we can improve and develop our products.
- To comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations, including records of notification enrollment and opt-out requests.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions about your eligibility for credit, and we do not create credit scores, risk scores, or consumer reports about you.
4. SMS Messaging and Mobile Information
Where you have provided your mobile telephone number and expressly consented, we may send you account notification text messages from DIVENX relating to your Platform account, as described in our Terms of Service. This program is transactional in nature and is not used to deliver promotional or marketing content. Your consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service, and you may withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to any message, by texting HELP to [INSERT SHORT CODE], by calling 8887914713, or by emailing support@divenx.com. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. If you withdraw consent, the same notifications remain available to you by email and within your account dashboard.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
All other categories of information disclosed within this Privacy Policy continue to be handled in accordance with the disclosure practices described in Section 5 below.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to data brokers. We share information only in the limited circumstances described below.
- Service Providers. With vendors who perform functions on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, form processing, email and SMS delivery, analytics, and customer support tooling. These providers are contractually restricted to using your information only to perform services for us and may not use it for their own marketing.
- At Your Direction. With independent third-party providers when you submit an inquiry asking to be contacted about a financial product, so that they can respond to you. We share only what is reasonably necessary for that purpose and only in connection with the request you actually made. Once a third party receives your information, it acts as a separate business under its own privacy policy, and we do not control how it uses that information.
- Legal and Safety. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or is necessary to protect our rights, enforce our Terms of Service, investigate fraud, or protect the safety of any person.
- Corporate Transactions. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor the commitments made in this Privacy Policy.
- Aggregated Data. We may publish or share aggregated, de-identified statistics that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
6. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. These include encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls that limit employee access to what is necessary for their responsibilities, network monitoring, vendor review, and regular review of our security practices. Account notifications are themselves part of this program: we alert you to sign-in attempts, credential changes, and unusual activity so that you can act quickly if something looks wrong.
While we take these protections seriously, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure. You play an important role as well: use a strong, unique password, keep your contact details current so that security alerts reach you, and notify us immediately at support@divenx.com if you believe your account has been compromised. Remember that we will never contact you unprompted to request your banking credentials, card numbers, or full Social Security number.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active and thereafter for the period necessary to satisfy our legal, accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. Inquiry records are retained for the period needed to service and document the inquiry. Notification enrollment and opt-out records are retained for as long as necessary to demonstrate that we honored your choices. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or de-identify it so that it can no longer be associated with you.
8. Your Choices and Rights
- Access and Correction. You may review and update most of your account information directly within the Platform, or contact us for assistance.
- Deletion. You may request that we close your account and delete your personal information, subject to information we are required to retain by law.
- Communication Preferences. You may choose which account notifications you receive and whether they reach you by SMS, by email, or both, from the preferences area of your dashboard. You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP, and you may unsubscribe from any newsletter using the link in that email.
- Sale of Information. We do not sell your personal information, and you therefore have nothing to opt out of in this respect.
- State Privacy Rights. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights regarding access, portability, correction, deletion, and the ability to opt out of certain processing. We honor all applicable state privacy rights and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@divenx.com or 8887914713. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request, and we may decline a request we cannot reasonably verify. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen (18). If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. A parent or guardian who believes a minor has provided us with personal information should contact us at support@divenx.com.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or financial institutions that we do not control, including providers who may contact you after you submit an inquiry. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third party before providing information to it.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The current version is always available on this page, and material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email or text where appropriate. Your continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
